The QLD Group was founded on a simple belief: the life you've worked hard to build deserves to extend beyond your front door.
What started as a passion for intelligent, considered outdoor design has grown into one of Southeast Queensland's most respected luxury outdoor living companies. With a dedicated team of 15 full-time specialists and over 50 years of combined industry experience, we've delivered residential gardens, large-scale commercial developments, curated poolside landscapes, functional entertaining spaces, and complete property transformations across the Sunshine Coast and SEQ.
Our Design Studio
Sanctum by QLD
Sanctum by QLD is the design studio inside The QLD Group. Not an outside consultant, not a separate company: the same team, the same licence, the same contract.
For clients who arrive with a vision but no drawings, Sanctum is where the project starts. Concept, materials, levels and spatial planning are resolved in-house, with the people who will build the project in the room from the first conversation. That is what keeps a design buildable and a budget honest, rather than discovering the gap between the two after the plans are finished.
For clients who already hold drawings from an architect or designer, Sanctum reviews them against the site before any costing begins, so what gets priced is what can actually be built.

Paul and David run the business together and see every project through personally. Paul brings decades of construction and landscaping experience to how the work gets built. David brings a design and project management background to how it gets planned and run. Between them, what we commit to at the start is exactly what you receive at the end.
