Before we can put a number on your project or begin any design work, a senior member of our team visits your property in person. This is mandatory for every project, regardless of whether you already have drawings. Plans don't always reflect what's on the ground.

Once the site consultation is complete, we confirm your design pathway and fee. There are two pathways depending on your situation. Both result in the same outcome: a fixed-price construction cost you can actually rely on.

At the end of the design phase, we present everything you need to make a fully informed decision. Nothing left to speculation. You choose to proceed or not, with complete clarity.

Once you sign, we move into build with a dedicated Construction Manager on your site, a single point of contact throughout, frequent updates on progress at the intervals we agree with you, and a payment schedule tied to verified progress, not arbitrary dates. At completion, a formal handover and defects period give you full confidence in what's been delivered.
